non-functional heating european plugs
I wasn't happy. they didn't say the restaurant was closed when i booked. This really annoyed me. the room was so cold and heating wasn't working. there was only one uk plug, others were european style. i think the price was too high, considering the problems.

noisy mattress uncomfortable sleep
The staff were friendly. The room I had was a Standard Double Room. It had decent size. It also had nice little touches.
The furnishings seemed quite old (I was a bit disappointed). The mattress made noise. It was also uncomfortable to sleep on. I hate to think what the budget room would be like after that.

amazing breakfast helpful staff beautiful setting
i found the setting beautiful. staff proved very helpful and obliging. breakfast tasted amazing. i felt very welcomed and looked after, and i would like to return again.
the receptionist wasn't very helpful!

polite staff good value dreamy grounds
The staff carried my bag to my room! they were very polite and attentive. we had dinner in the bar. It was delicious and good value. the hotel grounds are well looked after with many trees making it dreamy and secluded.

the room was large and comfortable. the patio area outside with seating was good for drinks. there was plenty of parking. staff were very helpful.
the food menu was limited. i wanted more healthy options to choose from. the vegan shepherd's pie had too much potato topping.

Fantastic Stay at a Wonderful Hotel
superb quality food attentive staff spacious suite
I found the food to be AMAZING!!! The quality was superb, and the presentation was excellent. I was very grateful for the attentive staff at the hotel. They were always available and ready to help. I enjoyed the spacious suite. It offered plenty of room to relax and unwind.
